RENTAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • Rental is daily, weekly or monthly.
  • There is a 30% deposit payable on booking, the balance is paid on arrival. o The price of the apartment depends on the number of occupants.
  • 10% VAT included.
  • 0,50€ city tax per person and night is EXCLUDED
  • The price includes water, gas and electricity, as well as towels bed linen, equipment and utensils.
  • Cleaning (does not include kitchen) and change of bedding is carried out once a week and towels are changed every two days free of charge. Additional cleaning is available at extra cost.
  • Check-in time is from 3pm on the day of arrival and check-out is before 11am on the day of departure
  • Animals are not allowed

    Daily cleaning (not including Kitchen) 15,00 €
    Extra-bed 15,00€/ night
    Baby Cot/Crib 8,00 €/ night

Stays of 1 or 2 nights:

  • No charge for cancellation before 6pm on the day of arrival.
  • The first night will be charged for cancellation after this time or no show.

Stays of 3 or more nights:

  • No charge for cancellation up to 21 days before arrival.
  • The deposit will not be refunded if the cancellation is done later than 21 days before the check-in date.

Yes, we do. On the appartment are always bed linen, towels for each person and also beach towels.

Yes, there is free parking available on the building premises. Parking places are not guaranteed or assigned but you can count on having it.

  • We provide a set of new towels every alternate day.
  • We offer weekly cleaning service for more than 6 nights stays. Kitchen cleaning is not included on this service.

Yes, all appartments are equipped with a Nespresso machine. Coffee capsules can be bought at the reception for 0.40 eur / each.

If a kettle, or a standard filter coffee machine is required this will be provided by the reception or the building staff.
